Launch & Foundations
Seminar 1: Launch & Foundations
- Introduction to the Learning Pathway.
- Complete the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).
- Form small groups for the Being Culturally Responsive video/discussion course.
- Introduce and practice Touchstones© and Circle of Trust®.
- Build small groups and meeting schedules.
- Introduce the selected pathway book, reading schedule, and reflection journal so participants can begin after Seminar 1.
Between Seminars 1 and 2
- Complete the Being Culturally Responsive course through four small-group sessions.
- Practice Touchstones© and Circle of Trust® through guided discussion protocols.
- Begin the selected book and reflection journal after Seminar 1, connecting journal entries to the reading, video sessions, and early IDI insights.
- Complete approximately half of the selected book and accompanying journal reflections before the start of Seminar 2.
